Removal of Sergeant Patrick D Koopman

Sergeant Patrick D Koopman is a sexual predator violating the rights of women through stalking,threatening and violating the rights of women through several threats using his position to threaten and lock up women without an arrest warrant. As Sergeant Patrick Desmond Koopman is a police officer and has to protect the citizens of Namibia he has become a threat to the community and need to be removed with immediate effect from the society and his position as her threaten to use his position to violate the rights of vulnerable women and said at one stage he will resort to killing if necessary.
